Want to Turn Blank and Boring Space into More Beautiful?

Oftentimes, I see homes or rooms with just blank walls and no interest in them. It is a challenge for many of us, and we struggle to upgrade and try different things to achieve a designer look (accidentally, some might work 🙂 but mostly fail). Don’t worry! I will reveal excellent ways to upgrade space that’s just bespoke to your home and family. Blank walls are the best canvas for creative expression and personalization, with much more potential. I love how this can achieved effortlessly with Wallpaper and murals in your space.

Whenever I scroll on my social media, if I come across any wallpaper brands or site ads, I quickly go to their site, check their collection, learn their history, and want to order samples if they offer them. I don’t know why I’m so crazy about wallpapers and murals, but trust me, whatever your space needs are, they will be achieved seamlessly. The great thing is that if you want to change the style, removing or swapping it with a different one is easy.

Don’t try to avoid angled walls or corners; they can change the look and feel of the room if you think of them as a positive challenge.

Entryway / Hall: Make a statement by transforming your entryway into a grand statement with bold and luxurious Wallpaper that sets the tone for the entire home.

Tip: If the room is narrow and has less footprint, go for large prints/patterns rather than small and solid colored wallpaper, where people do the opposite way.

Stairway to Style: This is the most overlooked space in houses. It just Infuses energy into your staircase by covering the risers with a dynamic wallpaper, transforming it into a stunning focal point. Even I’m planning to install mural paper (I can’t stop imagining how beautiful it would turn out) in our future home. The cherry on the cake, add scones and wall art you like; trust me, it will give you an AWE moment 😉

Tip: If your home is an old soul and you want to add a charm, I love how this can be achieved with classic and vintage prints.

Powder Bathroom: These are small and limited areas where you can’t take big jumps for design, and wall treatments are a great way to add glam. Be cautious while choosing Wallpaper for wet spaces, as water leaks and develops molds.

Ceiling Drama: This is the most neglected area that is untouched by design. In 2024, this is one of the biggest trends to elevate space by applying a captivating wallpaper to the ceiling as a surprise and impactful element to the room.

Inside Shelves/closets: The best way to embrace Open shelves and see-through closets is by adding vibrant and patterned Wallpaper as backing, turning it into a stylish and personalized dressing space.

Wallpaper is a powerful tool for emotionally elevating living spaces and fostering a sense of connection within a home. By strategically incorporating Wallpaper in various areas, one can create a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere that binds the entire living space together. Whether it’s the grand entrance, a cozy reading nook, an office room, a dining room, or even unexpected places like the ceiling or inside cabinets, the right choice of Wallpaper transforms these areas into statements of style and personality. Let’s begin the Re-Treat journey 💚.
